The Finance Department manages the financial well-being by overseeing budgets, accounting, and reporting. We ensure transparency, compliance with funding requirements, and responsible stewardship of community resources, supporting programs and services that benefit all members.

Key Functions:

  • Budgeting & Planning – Develops and monitors annual budgets.
  • Accounting & Reporting – Maintains accurate financial records and provides timely reports to leadership, funders, and members.
  • Payroll Administration – Processes staff salaries, benefits, and deductions accurately and on schedule.
  • Funding & Grants Management – Tracks funding agreements, ensures compliance, and monitors program expenditures.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable – Manages payments to vendors and collects revenues owed.
  • Financial Compliance – Ensures adherence to policies, laws, and funding requirements.
  • Financial Advice - Supports leadership in making informed, strategic financial decisions.
